I really appreciate the way this course is organized around one daily topic. I just need to find ten minutes in the morning to watch a video and then have the rest of the day to ponder the issues it addresses. I also like having a concrete task to focus on, as it helps me to internalize the ideas and will make it easier for me to make some lasting changes in my attitude towards both eating and nutrition (which is my goal!).

Mindful & Intuitive Eating
Throughout this course, you’ll learn about nutrition and intuitive eating, seen through the eyes of mindfulness.
For the first session, you’ll want to have a small meal or snack with you, as we will begin by exploring mindful eating. Then, in the following sessions, you’ll need pen and paper to take some notes and draw up some tracking tables which will help you understand your own food habits better. This is an interactive course, and the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.
I invite you to approach the course with curiosity and an open mind, as you start to connect with your body, and listen to it’s intuitive wisdom.
Positive Affirmations for Health & Wellbeing
This guided audio journey focuses on the use of affirmations to create a positive shift in your mind and body.
In the downloadable bundle, there are 5 topics, each with a set of affirmations for you to work with. These topics are:

You can listen to these in any order that you wish. You may also choose to listen while walking, falling asleep, or upon waking, so that the positive energy starts to infuse into your subconscious mind.
5 Pillars of Holistic Health Guided Audio Course
This guided course is a basic introduction to the core pillars of holistic health.
Explore movement, nutrition, mental health, sleep, energy & the environment through a 6-day journey. You can listen to these in order or pick and choose whatever meditation inspires you most on the day!
Each session is between 5 to 10 minutes, encouraging you to carve out a short amount of time to set some personal health goals and kick start your journey to good health and wellness!
Each session ends in a meditation for you to embrace the benefits of what you just learned.
Wisdom of the Heart - 7 Days with Cacao
Each day of the course, you are invited to brew a warm mug of cacao and then sit down to listen to the audio. There will be some information about cacao and the effects on your body. Then, you’ll be guided to drink your cacao in a meditative way. Think of it like a ritual. We will move through cacao connection, the importance of intentions, self-love, grounding, intuition, heart healing and finally an integrative session to bring it all together.
For this course, you will need raw cacao powder, or a dark chocolate with a high percentage of cacao. You can brew it up with warm water, a milk of your choice, and whatever sweetener you have on hand. For extra but optional warmth add a touch of cinnamon, ginger, or cayenne pepper. Let your intuition guide you in the process.
As you move into day 1, know that the intent of this course is to connect more deeply with yourself and the spirit of cacao through intentional ceremony, meditation, and mindful reflection—inviting emotional healing, clarity, and self-love into your life.
