This guided course is a basic introduction to the core pillars of holistic health.
Explore movement, nutrition, mental health, sleep, energy & the environment through a 6-day journey. You can listen to these in order or pick and choose whatever meditation inspires you most on the day!
Each session is between 5 to 10 minutes, encouraging you to carve out a short amount of time to set some personal health goals and kick start your journey to good health and wellness!
Each session ends in a meditation for you to embrace the benefits of what you just learned.
Positive Affirmations for Health & Wellbeing
This guided audio journey focuses on the use of affirmations to create a positive shift in your mind and body.
In the downloadable bundle, there are 5 topics, each with a set of affirmations for you to work with. These topics are:

For the first session, you’ll want to have a small meal or snack with you, as we will begin by exploring mindful eating. Then, in the following sessions, you’ll need pen and paper to take some notes and draw up some tracking tables which will help you understand your own food habits better. This is an interactive course, and the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.
