With a lifetime spent cooking, over 10 years of hospitality experience, 7 years of teaching yoga and 5 years of massage, I combine all of my favourite skills to offer a nourishing holistic retreat package.
Whether you have a retreat organised, or you simply want to gather as a group of friends for a yoga weekend, I can uplift your group experience by adding nourishing food and movement to your program.
As a naturopath, my holistic food philosophy is infused into the meals that I prepare. This includes:
- A wide variety of nutrients from a variety of plant-based sources. Yes - there will be great sources of plant protein in there too!
- Ethical food choices, organic where possible, and food sourced as locally as possible.
- All food free from refined sugar.
- Created and prepared with love.
- Often the food is infused with mantras and beautiful songs, and there may be gentle music wafting from the kitchen alongside delicious aromas.
You can book the nourishment package for food alone or you can choose to add on dynamic yoga classes, workshops and/or relaxing Intuitive Balinese Massage to build a retreat for your friends or loved ones.

Every breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner was a feast for the eyes, the palate, and the belly – so colourful, so nutritious, and unbelievably tasty. The food truly elevated the whole retreat experience. Thank you for putting so much love, creativity and flavour into every single dish!
