Who am I?
Yoga Teacher, Naturopath, Holistic Health Writer, Retreat Host, Massage Therapist and more...
As I wander the world, I offer a variety of services to those who cross my path.
My passion lies in helping you to align with your physical, mental and spiritual health through holistic practices.
In 2018 I completed a four year Bachelor of Health Science Degree in Naturopathy which has provided me with skills and knowledge in nutrition, herbal medicine and lifestyle advice to promote wellbeing. As a naturopath, I combine these modalities to provide a holistic approach and unique treatment plan for individuals on their journey to optimum health.
Throughout my studies, yoga was a big part of my journey, keeping me grounded. I have had a regular yoga practice since the age of 16 and rolling out my yoga mat has been a steady place to return to while I float around this earth.
In 2017 I completed my 200hr Teacher Training at Byron Yoga Centre.
Since then I have been lucky enough to teach my classes in a number of health retreats throughout Australia, wild workshops in nature and surf camps in Nicaragua!
I combine my knowledge of yoga with natural health to cultivate bodily awareness and hope to inspire students to find a deeper aspect of themselves through their practice and to carry this awareness throughout their daily life.

What is Third Bird?
In 2019, I was at the International Yoga Festival in Rishikesh, India where I joined a Satsang with Jamaican Spiritual Teacher, Mooji.
He explained the human states of mind in comparison to three little birds.
The first bird is the busiest, the one that goes bzzz bzzz here and a bzzz bzzz there, collecting things for his nest, for his family, for his friends. His mind is always wondering what he should be doing next.
The second bird sits just above him on a branch, silently observing this first bird. He can watch the first bird in a state of both curiosity and stillness. In mindfulness and meditation our aim is to observe without reaction, to be the second bird.
But what if there was a third bird? The bird that watches the watcher. The one who merges with the divine essence of its surroundings, who can not be affected by passing thoughts or emotions. Maybe this is not even a bird at all, but a pure state of consciousness, of ecstatic bliss, of union with all aspects of being.
~
I created Third Bird as a place of offering a combination of modalities which assist in bringing body, mind and spirit into a state of wellbeing.
Thank you for joining me on this journey.
With love,
Chelsea
