My Philosophy
Connecting With Your Innate WisdomOne of the main principles of naturopathy is the ‘vis medicatrix naturae’ ~ the healing power of nature. This is the idea that the body has the natural ability to heal itself, when it is supported with the right environment and nutrients.
Supported By The Healing Power Of PlantsThrough the use of plant-based foods, healing herbs, and natural medicine in the form of tea, tinctures or powders, you will be supported in your healing journey with personalised remedies.
Ancient Roots Backed By Modern ScienceNaturopathy is a practice of medicine that dates back 100's of years, when herbal medicine was the main form of care. Now, thanks to modern scientific studies, we can see the benefits of these herbs, and specific lifestyle practices. That’s why the healing plans I offer are rooted in ancient wisdom, and backed by modern science.
Personalised Support & Health PlanEvery person is unique, and so too is their treatment plan. By approaching health through the lens of individualised care, treatment plans become more effective. You are unique and your treatment will be too!

Who & What is Third Bird ?
Studying and working in the realms of holistic health for over 10 years, by passion and interests have allowed me to collect a wide range of skills. These weave together in my teachings and private consultations to give a holistic perspective on health and wellness.
The name 'Third Bird' was inspired by a talk from Mooji.
At the International Yoga Festival in Rishikesh, back in 2019, I was attending a Satsang and heard the following story about three little birds:
The first bird is the busiest, the one that buzzes from place to place, collecting things for his nest, for his family, for his friends. His mind is always wondering what he should be doing next. This is our state of being when we are busy and distracted.
The second bird sits just above him on a branch, silently observing this first bird with curiosity.
In mindfulness and meditation our aim is to observe without reaction, to be the second bird. When looking at our state of health, we also aim to be the second bird, to zoom out and get a picture of what is happening in our bodies and our lives.
And the Third Bird?
This is the bird that watches the watcher. This is what I consider to be the unseen natural healing forces that are at play.
This is the healing power of nature, the energy in the herbal medicines, the food we eat, the way we connect with earth, and the connection we have with our own bodies. This is the how we nourish the body, mind and spirit on our journey to a state of vibrant health.
The third bird is a state of awareness and connection that enhances health and encourages longevity.
This is the state we strive for through nature's wisdom, holistic care, and lifestyle shifts.
