It is a journey that you can return to each month to give yourself some self-love and nourishment as you move through your menstrual cycle.
The course introduction includes a meditation and yin yoga class to tune you into your heart and womb space. Then, on the first day of your bleed, you will move through the three stages - heavy, medium & light - of the course, correlating with your stage of menstruation.
Each of the three stages has a yoga class, meditation and workbook to guide you through the exploration of your emotions, past and present, that are connected with your divine womb space.
The closer you attune yourself to this cycle, the greater understanding you develop of yourself and your body.
There is also a herbal tea & tonic booklet included to offer you some support for menstrual symptoms. As well as a nutritional guideline booklet with a few nourishing recipes.
