This class has a strong focus on alignment and basic yoga asanas to move the body and focus the mind.
Slow flow is a nice class for those who are starting out on their yoga journey.
A challenging class that matches movements with the breath to create a flow through a range of yoga asanas.
Stretch and strengthen the muscles whilst training the mind to stay calm.
Slow movement, deep stretches and long held poses to stretch out the muscles and fascia whilst improving flexibility and calming the mind.
Open to all levels.
